Preparation
In order to synchronize your product catalog to Webshippy, make sure that your products meet the minimal requirements.
Required product attributes:
- Product name
Product name will appear in the invoices issued via Webshippy. - Product image
Product image helps the Webshippy staff to identify your product during the packaging. - SKU
Each of your products needs a unique SKU, on the lowest product variant level. The length of SKU must be between 4 and 32 characters. The stock synchronization will rely on this value: The SKUs of your products hava to be the same in both systems in order to keep the product information and stock levels in sync. - Barcode
All your products need a unique barcode, on the lowest product variant level. This can be the same as the SKU. Webshippy staff will scan this code on your product. The barcode may consist of numbers, lowercase and uppercase English letters, dash ("-"), and underscore ("_") characters. The slash ("/") character is disallowed. (Rule: "0-9a-zA-Z_-".)
