General
Define store languages for your store visitors, enable blogging and add further domains.
Read more about the general settings below:
Store name: this name is available only for internal visibility.
Blogging: you can turn on or off the blog feature on your storefront.
Domains: allows you to add multiple domains to your store. The primary domain will be the one that is visible for your customers and they will be redirected from the additional domains listed that you add.
Languages: you can set the store type to multi-language or simple language, depending on your goals.
- You can decide on which language you would like to publish in your store, the number of publishable languages depends on your subscription plan.
- When you add a language, you set the display name and the URL path as well.
- The default language applied when your store visitors’ country is not located to determine their language.
Pricing
Within the pricing settings, you can enable multiple currencies to be selected from a country of your choice. This will allow your customers to select their preferred currency, depending on their location.
How do we do that?
- We determine the country of the end-user based on their IP address.
- Based on your regional settings, the platform will show the customer the available currencies set by you.
- In case the location of your customer is not available, the default country will be set automatically.
Let’s see this in an example:
You would like to set up your store in the UK, where you target the Scandinavian market as well aside from your domestic. Since there are different currencies, you would like to set GBP, EUR, USD for your customers from the UK.
For the Scandinavian market, you plan to offer all the relevant currencies for all the countries.

What happens if someone would like to purchase your product from Italy?
- They will see your prices defined by your default country.
- They won’t be able to order since you haven’t set Italy in any of your regions.
Get more familiar with the pricing settings:
Pricing Regions: a collection of countries with assigned currencies. You can create multiple regions by default.

Your account will have one global region set based on the information provided during your sign up process.
Default Country: you need to select a default country for your store visitors outside of the defined regions in order to have a default currency available.
Currencies: the currency list contains one available and one active group. Here you can define which currencies you would like to activate for which countries.
Countries: the country list contains one available and one active group. Here you can define which countries you would like to activate for the respective region.

Make sure to check what currencies are supported by your payment solution provider
Payment
You can name and set the payment methods for your customer depending on their location, set a specific price depending on the payment solution that you would like to offer. It simply boils down to what you wish to communicate with your customers.

Service: contains two fields
- Name: you can give any name. Based on this name the customer will be informed about the available payment method.
- Type: you can set the payment type to Cash on Delivery or Online.
Labels: you can add the translated names of the Service in these fields, in case you operate with more than one language.
Payment regions: this setting allows you to create multiple regions in case you would like to offer different payment methods for different countries.
Payment region setting: within a new payment region you can
- Select the payment integration for this region.
- Charge payment fee and set the payment prices
- Activate the relevant countries from the list of the available countries.
Shipping
You can name and set the shipping methods for your customer depending on their location, set a specific price depending on the shipping type and solution that you would like to offer.
You can inform your customers on:
- How is their order going to be delivered?
- How much it will cost?
Get more familiar with the shipping settings:
Service: contains two fields
- Name: you can give any name. Based on this name the customer will be informed about the available shipping method.
- Type: you can set the payment type to Delivery or Pickup.
Labels: you can add the translated names of the Service in these fields, in case you operate with more than one language.
Shipping regions: this setting allows you to create multiple regions in case you would like to offer different shipping methods for different countries.
Shipping region settings: within a new shipping region you can
- Select the shipping integration for this region.
- Set the service offered by your shipping provider.
- Set the delivery time range.
- Charge shipping fee and set the shipping prices depending on cart value.
- Enable the cash on delivery option.
- Activate the relevant countries from the list of the available countries.
- Decide on Incoterms.
Delivery
Under this setting, you will need to connect your warehouses with the targeted countries to which you want to deliver orders. In a simpler way, this is where you need to design the route of your orders, where your warehouse is the pick-up location for the shipping provider and the destination will be the customers' address.
Delivery regions: a collection of countries that you are planning to serve from one of your assigned warehouses. You may have multiple regions as multiple warehouses as well.

The available countries are listed based on the pricing region settings.
Routing
Translate the URLs to the languages of your choice. This can improve your SEO results and create a more professional impression of your site on a local market.
Stores
Add more information about your physical store such as:
- Name
- Opening hours
- Address
- Contact information
Tip
You can add a Google Maps URL as well.
