This article guides you through the options you have within your account-level settings. Many of these fields will be filled already based on your preferences noted during the sign up phase, but you can adjust, add, and remove the details anytime.

Under the company settings we store the following information:
- Company name
- National tax number
- EU VAT number
- Tax-exempt option
- Local taxation
- You may add additional countries and tax numbers if applicable for your company

You can activate the languages that you wish to use for your account. With the help of this setting, the relevant multilingual options of your choice will appear to allow translation inputs in your Catalog, Asset Manager, and all relevant settings. We call these fields Labels.
In your store, you will be able to customize further the needed languages by selecting from your active language list.
Pro tip: select UK or US English instead of plain English. As we are working on more exciting integrations and features such as automatic translation with a third-party app. Sounds great, right?
Inviting additional colleagues to collaborate in the platform can be done under the this menu.
Currently, we have the following roles available:
- Admin: Has access to all the settings.
- Owner: Has restricted access like managing subscriptions, billing, fulfillment, content creation.
The taxation menu allows you to add the general tax rates for the countries which you have added to your Company details and the corresponding tax numbers. You can also add different tax rates depending on the tax class of the goods.
Under the domains menu, you can add your own domain and retrieve the necessary information in order to connect with the platform. Once the connection is completed, your Store will be live and hosted on the added domain.
You can set your subscription plan and review the relevant available features, invoices.
Active subscription: shows your current plan and the payment due date. You can also see the feature utilization of your plan.
Payment method: you can edit and change your payment method here.
Billing Address: you can edit and change your billing address here.
Invoices: a listed view of your invoices with the following information:
- Invoice date
- Due date
- Plan fee
